All invited speakers and participants will be responsible for paying a registration fee of $300 by cash (or equivalent currencies) when arriving at the Summit. The registration fees will be used for subsidizing welcoming banquet, conference meals, coffee breaks, poster session proceedings, and live epic performance. You are encouraged to send back the enclosed Registration Form before the deadline by September 15, 2012, and to submit your presentation abstract (500-1000 words in English) and a brief CV with a recent photo for the Summit Website no later than September 25.
